We will send the parcel the day after the item is ordered so that it is in stock. From the item being shipped, it usually takes 1-2 days for it to be delivered or ready for pickup in the parcel shop.

Unfortunately we do not receive parcels sent by mail. on demand or with DAO, as we can risk that the package comes outside of our opening hours and therefore the packages deliver without receipt. We also do not pick up parcels in parcel shops.

A 2-year warranty is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.
